Pdf Summary
The errata published in CHEST addresses two corrections in previously published articles. The first correction pertains to the "Antithrombotic Therapy in Neonates and Children" guidelines from the American College of Chest Physicians. An error was identified in Table 6, where the maintenance oral anticoagulation dose guideline in the first column was incorrectly listed as 1.15-1.9. It has been corrected to 1.5-1.9, and the online article has been updated accordingly.

The second correction involves the sponsor statement in the article "A Preliminary Quality of Life Questionnaire-Bronchiectasis" which required clarification regarding the roles of the sponsors involved. Initially, the sponsorship acknowledgment was vague, but the revised statement explicitly mentions that Behavioral Health Systems Research and Gilead Sciences were the primary sponsors. Behavioral Health Systems Research, led by Dr. Alexandra Quittner, was responsible for the initial development phases of the Quality of Life study, while Gilead Sciences sponsored the Phase 2 open-label treatment study. Gilead facilitated statistical analysis and medical writing assistance, while four authors involved in the manuscript were affiliated with Gilead Sciences. The article has been corrected online to accurately reflect these contributions.
